On Monday 12/07/2024 I successfully phoned ECHR-press contact Denis Lambert (tel.: + 33 3 90 21 41 09) at 2:04p.m. Gaelic time so Denis Lambert himself spoke to myself so I myself asked him: "Why are the protocols and the application forms and many others of your documents not available in all the official languages of the contracting states?"
Denis Lambert offered to let me email him "your question" and he will forward it to an appropriate person.

An email server of the Council of Europe obstructed emails from 2 different email accounts from me to Denis.Lambert@COE.int therefore I made the website

and I phoned him on + 33 3 90 21 41 09 on Monday 15/07/2024 at 10:55a.m. Gaelic time: he rudely hung up a phone.
