Dear Sir/Madam,

CHUC sent these documents after a legal deadline to send them, according 
to you (cf. "The Hospital has 10 business days to provide us with an 
answer." says an email by you yourselves on 30th August 2024), therefore 
you must prosecute over this delay. Portugal clearly violates Article 34. 
"The
High Contracting Parties undertake not to hinder in any way the
effective exercise of this right."
says Article 34.
