Could anyone please provide me references regarding design and implementation
of "linkage editors" and "loaders"?


Concerning the "linker", I am particularly interested in supporting separate
compilation facility for block structured languages, both "untyped" (like
Scheme), and "heavily typed" (like Modula-2).
