Would anyone know the whereabouts of John H. Reif whose
PhD dissertation was entitled:


Combinatorial Aspects of Symbolic Program Analysis
Harvard University, 1977


Alternatively, anyone in the UK know why this thesis appears
"unavailable" in the dissertation lists
