Some time ago I posted

Someone kindly pointed out to me that they did make it into a product.
CIA, and some other C language tools, are available from AT&T Software
Solutions. I called them up (800 462-8146 or 908 580-6444) and got some
marketing materials. It doesn't look like a big marketing push--and I
am suspicious of small marketing efforts from big companies--but the
tools do seem to be available.
