To Amnesty International,
“Chief Rabbi in Britain (not Amnesty International) Professor Jonathan Sacks criticised Benjamin Netanyahu over demonising Yasser Arafat and over promoting further attacks by Israeli forces against Palestinians on 6th May 2002. Do not dare to lie that a rabbi has "an extreme bias against Jews"! Do not lie about Amnesty International. I wrote to President Yasser Arafat; Freih Abu Meddein, Minister of Justice, Ministry of Justice, Omar al-Mukhtar Street, Gaza; and Khaled al-Qidreh, State Security Court Attorney General, Police Headquarters, Gaza against a death planned to be performed by Palestine (not a Jew!) on 11th January 2000 because AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL INCITED ME TO WRITE THESE LETTERS DURING MY MEMBERSHIP THEREOF.” said I myself to LinkedIn on 19/09/2024.

I
do not belittle the Israeli and Palestinian victims.
Noteworthy
abstentions and "the importance of respecting international law

illegalities internationally alas describe Amnesty International's
fraudulent hypocrisy. I am an ex-employee de Amnesty International;
and a victim de torture; persecution; and front-page newspaper
libels per se (also on the Internet) (covering up this torture and
persecution) without contradictions by Amnesty International. Cf.

A book by Brendan Delap cites a book by a lying journalist: “MacGill, P. 2001. Children of the Dead End. New Island Books.

[. . .] ‘[. . .] A conscience and a love of truth are great drawbacks.’ (MacGill 1914: 288) [. . .] The public [. . .] You are paid to interest it with plausible lies [. . .] Fleet Street is the home of chicanery, of fraud, of versatile vices, and un-numbered sins. you yourselves said in the Year 2013: “But no one speaks up for them. Unless you do.
you yourselves said in the Year 2013: “This law can deprive you of your right to access your own money, marry, travel abroad and even vote. [. . .] We might take for granted the ability to make important decisions for ourselves. [. . .] this law undermines human rights. It strips human beings of their dignity, their independence [. . .] And we are still waiting.
There can be no more excuses.”;

you confess in the most recent paper letter from yourselves to myself that you never answer the 2nd-last paper letter of my Amnesty-International ex-membership from myself to yourselves;
you stopped writing to me and why and when;
you yourselves said “"Without your letters," said Valentina Cantú, one of the women assaulted, "we would not have achieved this."” in the Year 2012;
you yourselves said “You helped to achieve the release ofIwao Hakamada, [. . .] a 78 year old Japanese man convicted after evidence against him was falsified largely due to intense campaigning by Amnesty International a court over-turned his death sentence. [. . .] we had great success in our Stop Torture campaign” in the Year 2015;
you yourselves said “Just last month, three police officers who tortured Adrián Vasquez were finally charged. This amazing success is the result of a steadfast campaign by his family, supported by thousands of Amnesty activists like you who are speaking out about torture in Mexico and other countries.” in the Year 2015;
you yourselves said “had not been aware of the content of the written “confessions” he was forced to sign as he had been kept blindfolded while he was interrogated. Saman Naseem was allowed no access to his lawyer during early investigations and he said he was tortured” in the Year 2015;
you yourselves said “Activists around the world have shown that it is possible to resist the dangerous forces that are undermining human rights. Be part of this movement. Combat those who peddle fear and hate.” whilst soliciting money from me in the Year 2015;
you did not or did inform judges; advocates; journalists; witnesses; policemen; the general public; and the Office of The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court via Article 15 of its Rome Statute that I am an ethical ex-employee ex-member of Amnesty International who is a victim of malicious prosecutions who is a victim of defamations, and if you would have informed them, then show proofs of these communications and explain why they did not prevent show trials from sending me to torture chambers (e.g. why do the libellous newspaper articles by the presstitutes about me not quote you?) and confirm that you will testify against them for me;
you solicited donations in the Year 2011 for “the best possible way to give people access to unbiased news.[. . .] They face being beaten, tortured, disappeared or even killed. But they will not give up. They refuse to be intimidated, but they need your help to get the truth out about what's happening” whereas you had not even tried to inform persons about the truth about me after I had been beaten and tortured before you have gotten 2 of my friends murdered and before you have gotten another of my neighbours murdered and “If we break the silence, then governments will have to step up and start protecting people’s rights” said you yourselves in the Year 2014 and you complained in the Year 2007 about a “repressive media situation” (consider the show-trial-sponsored murder against John Joyce’s Myles that was caused by a newspaper defamation);
newspapers including The Times (of Times Newspapers Limited, 1 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9GF); Público; Correio da Manhã; The Irish Post; The Irish Daily Mail; The Irish Daily Star; Mirror; Sun; The Irish Independent; the Irish Examiner; Campeão das Províncias; Notícias de Coimbra; Jornal de Notícias; Diário de Notícias; Diário de Coimbra; Diário As Beiras; Sunday World; and The Portugal News dishonestly perpetrate defamations against me;
Amnesty International said “We all share the responsibility to challenge injustice. There are no bystanders.” in the Irish Examiner on 23/05/2013;
the company that owns the Irish Examiner owns the Irish Times and Mary Fitzgerald was employed by the Irish Times when she hosted a session for you on 23/08/2012 whilst you sold copies of a book by Stephen Starr who writes for the Irish Times who also wrote for The Times;
you yourselves said “Atena Farghadani's sentence follows an unfair trial before Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran that lasted less than half a day. It relied on evidence from lengthy interrogations that had been conducted when Atena Farghadani was held in solitary confinement in Section 2A of Evin Prison, without access to her family or lawyer.” in the Year 2015;
you yourselves said “Every December, to mark International Human Rights Day, we ask you to join people around the world in sending a letter or a card to some people who very badly need your help.
I’m asking you to spare a few moments to sit down at your kitchen table and send a letter to one or more of six people who are alone and scared this Christmas.
They need you to shine a light for them, a light to expose the injustice they suffer, but also a light of hope, to remind them that they have not been abandoned.
Hamad has spent the last seven years in a Saudi prison. No charges, no trial, no lawyer, [. . .]
[. . .] they cannot expect justice without international support. Halil has faced imprisonment and harassment from the Turkish authorities because, as a conscientious objector, [. . .]
Fatima has been waiting to die for 11 years. She was sentenced to be executed in 2000 following an unfair trial and allegations of forced confessions. Though the country’s Supreme Court has since found her not guilty, the government is determined to put her to death.” in the Year 2011 without ever requesting likewise for me (why?);
you yourselves ordered me to “Join in the debate” on 23/05/2013 so you consent to this exposé about your hypocrisy and connivances;
you yourselves said “Don't turn a blind eye. Act now. Stop Torture. [. . .] In reality you wouldn’t see because torture happens behind closed doors. It happens when there are no lawyers or doctors present, when police and others with power to wield do not fear the consequences of their actions.
But by ensuring such safeguards are in place, you can Stop Torture. [. . .] Do you know anyone who would say this was justified? [. . .] governments are betraying their responsibilities. [. . .] global campaign to stop torture. It’s big, it’s ambitious and it couldn't be more important. [. . .] investigate his torture. Alfreda Disbarro is fighting for police accountability for her torture and effective investigation into her torture. [. . .] Dilorom Abdukadirova is a prisoner of conscience, serving an 18-year sentence in Tashkent Women’s Prison, Uzbekistan after a trial that violated international fair trial standards. She was subjected to torture and other ill-treatment while in pre-trial detention. Call on the President of Uzbekistan to drop all charges against Dilorom.” in the Year 2014;
you yourselves said “Yet the government is turning a blind eye to torture and impunity is rife. [. . .] often with the aim of extracting “confessions” [. . .] No justice [. . .] he faced torture and abuse by police and military based on his status as a migrant and his race. He was beaten, [. . .] stripped, forced to perform humiliating acts and was subjected to racist verbal abuse. [. . .] charged on the basis of the statement he was forced to make as a result of his torture. Amnesty International declared him a prisoner of conscience earlier this year. This is only one of over 20 such accounts in the report.
Amnesty International is standing between the torturer and the tortured by positioning ourselves inside those systems that are failing to protect people. How? By making sure that detainees have contact with [. . .] a lawyer; that doctors are on hand to examine detainees properly and, that anyone involved in torture is brought to justice.” in the Year 2014 but inter alia I was without a lawyer when Portugal tortured me;
you wrote what you wrote on LinkedIn and I wrote what I wrote on LinkedIn and I accurately quoted you on LinkedIn;
Geraldine Moodley and I wrote about you on LinkedIn on 18/09/2024 and on 22/09/2024 Microsoft began to hide those publications (cf. HTTP://Gloucester.Insomnia247.NL/Scholastica_or_LinkedIn_connivance/2024-09-20a_to_put_an_immediate_end_to_the_launching_of_rockets_into_Israel.pdf);
you yourselves said “Erkin faced three separate trials, and in all of them the court admitted into evidence confessions that had been obtained after Uzbekistani security forces had tortured him. The judge also refused him permission to call defence witnesses.
Despite numerous complaints from Erkin's lawywer, the authorities still haven't investigated allegations that he was tortured in jail. We believe Erkin must be released immediately, on the grounts that repeated calls for a fair retiral in his case have been ignored for eight years.” in the Year 2014;
you yourselves said “he was arrested, tortured, and [. . .] forced to sign two pre-written confessions.
Demand [. . .] that the Nigerian authorities commute his sentence and fully investigate Moses’ allegations that he was tortured” in the Year 2014;
Moses said “I am overwhelmed. I thank Amnesty International and their activists for the great support that made me a conqueror in this situation. Amnesty International members and activists are my Heroes.
I promise to be a human rights activist, to fight for others. I am thanking the Governor for his kind gesture and for keeping to his words.” whilst you saved him in the Year 2015;
you yourselves said “Whoever you are, wherever you live, you have the right to live without fear, violence or discrimination” in the Year 2014;
the assertions made against you by Professor Doctor Mark Humphrys are true or false;
you did or did not attempt to help mass murderer Doctor Wen Ho Lee as professed by Wen Ho Lee with Helen Zia, My Country versus Me: The First-Hand Account by the Los Alamos Scientist Who Was Falsely Accused of Being a Spy, Hyperion: New York, 2001;,
you did not visit me after Professrix Maria Filomena de Osório Pinto dos Santos Figueiredo boasted about getting me tortured in 2013 but real human-right charities (e.g. the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) – HTTPS://WWW.COE.int/en/web/cpt/portugal) did write to me and telephone me and visit me as consequences of this torture;
and
Amnesty-International employee Frank Jennings requested me to give you a copy of HTTP://Gloucester.Insomnia247.NL/drochdhliodoiri/Amnesty_International_is_evil/Liberation_Tigers_of_Tamil_Eelam_on_25th_November_1997.jpg which I did, so Frank Jennings called me a star at circa 4:35p.m. on 2nd December 1997.
When will Article 19 answer the letter that I myself wrote to Article 19 on 14th & 13th August 2019?
A human-right charity which visited me in torture chambers informed me that Article 19 funded a representation to a court whilst I used to reside in Portuguese torture chambers.
“In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” said Martin Luther King Junior.
Yours sincerely,
Colin Paul Gloster
