I attempted again at noon:56 Irish time: it was rung for under 26 seconds but became disconnected without being answered. He rang me back at 1:26p.m. Irish time. (He rang me again at 1:44p.m. Irish time but we got cut off immediately: maybe he did not intend to ring me at 1:44p.m. Irish time.)
