This deprivation of legal aid and the withholding of informations about this inexistent legal aid are the topic of our administrative court case. The first prosecution that I started in Sweden is against a crime. An expert confirms that that illegality against me is criminal. That crime in Sweden is by a criminal residing in Portugal. This application for legal aid is against that crime. An advocate in Sweden said that my representation for that criminal court case would be too expensive beyond the initial consultation (which I myself paid for), therefore he said that I must apply for this (inexistent) legal aid. This defendant in Portugal perpetrates much worse crimes (inter alia murders) against different victims in Portugal.
