At noon:38 Irish time on 08/07/2024 a lawyer rang me de 0046 70 46 16114. He may have said that Jan Thörnhammar asked him to ring me, which he did despite being on vacation. We spoke for circa 13 minutes - unfortunately I did not record an audio file.

I said that I want to sue Portugal not Sweden so he said "OK" so that he does not refuse to prosecute at the ECtHR when no defendant is Sweden.

He is on vacation to 19th August 2024 but he said that a Swedish administrative action does not need to be responded to in 3 weeks - he said instead that we can start it again.

He does not know whether a different lawyer - whom he recommends to me - is on vacation: namely Jan Södergren with telephone number 46 70 716 73 94 who rents a room de this lawyer who phoned me on 08/07/2024 and this room is next to this lawyer who phoned me on 08/07/2024.

I told him that Jan Södergren refuses to represent me on an administrative action so I asked for a recommendation about another lawyer, but he did not remember another lawyer to recommend off the top of his head.
